Whether you’re looking to make a complete career switch or start that side hustle you've been plotting in your head, it can be hard to navigate all the things that come with starting and running your business. This is where I can come in to help!
By working 1:1 together, you’ll have an expert in the field who has been where you have been. Not sure how to start freelancing, not sure how to gain clients, not sure what needs to go into a portfolio, etc. Good news! I have done the hard work for you! I have gained insight and first hand knowledge to complete these tasks and took my side hustle to its own agency which made me my own boss! And I am able to bring in others to help me on my projects thus helping them gain further experience in the field! I am on a mission to help as many aspiring instructional designers as possible take their dreams and turn them into a reality sooner rather than later!
Meet The Coach
I am Vanessa Alzate, CEO of Anchored Training, an instructional design and eLearning development boutique firm. I started in freelance back in 2011 and in 2018 made the leap to break out on my own. I am interested in helping other freelancers make the same breakthroughs in their business and life - and make the best decisions for yourself, your clients and your business.
